General Terms and Conditions B&B Shipment

1. Definitions

In these General Terms and Conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

• B&B Shipment : the company established in the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 87982927, which offers car perfume products through its website.
• Website : the website of B&B Shipment where products are offered.
• User : any visitor and/or customer who visits the Website and/or orders a product.
• Product : car perfume products that B&B Shipment offers on the Website.
• Company : B&B Shipment.

2. Applicability

2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements relating to the products offered by B&B Shipment via the Website.

2.2 By placing an order on the Website, the User agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Product Information and Use

3.1 B&B Shipment products are designed as car perfumes. Please refer to the product description and instructions for use on the Website for proper use.

3.2 The User must handle the product with care and ensure that it is used correctly and safely. The cap may only be removed upon first use, as described in the instructions for use.

3.3 It is not permitted to copy, distribute or make public the content of the Website or product information without the written permission of B&B Shipment.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All intellectual property rights relating to the content of the Website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, are owned by B&B Shipment or its licensors.

4.2 The User is not permitted to use any part of the Website for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of B&B Shipment.

5. Right of withdrawal and return policy

5.1 The User has the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product without giving reasons. However, this cooling-off period expires if the seal or cap of the car perfume product is broken, as this makes the product no longer suitable for resale.

5.2 If the User has not broken the cap or seal, he/she can return the product within the 14-day cooling-off period. After receiving the product in unopened condition, B&B Shipment will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

5.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must contact B&B Shipment customer service via [contact details].

6. Liability

6.1 B&B Shipment strives for the proper functioning of the Website and accurate product information, but cannot guarantee that the Website is error-free or available at all times.

6.2 B&B Shipment is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products, for example when the product is used other than as indicated in the instructions for use.

6.3 The information on the Website is for general information purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. B&B Shipment accepts no liability for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
