Return Policy
B&B Shipment strives to satisfy customers with our car fragrance products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can use our return policy as described below.
1. Right of withdrawal
1.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. This period of 14 days starts on the day after the product is received.
1.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing (for example by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract within the withdrawal period. Use our return form or send an e-mail to [ email@example.com ].
2. Conditions for Returns
2.1 To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2.2 Please note : If the cap or seal of the car perfume product is broken, the right of withdrawal lapses. Products whose seal or cap has been removed cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Return procedure
3.1 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Send an email to [ email@example.com ] with your order number and stating that you wish to return the order.
- Step 2: Carefully pack the product in the original packaging, including any accessories and documentation.
- Step 3: Send the package to the return address you receive from our customer service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 We recommend that you send the package with a track & trace code so that the return shipment can be tracked.
4. Refund
4.1 Once we have received and checked the return shipment, you will receive a confirmation email. If the product meets the return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the return shipment.
4.2 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.
4.3 The cost of the original shipping will only be refunded if the entire order is returned. Any additional costs for special shipping options will not be refunded.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
5.1 Products with removed or broken caps or seals cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
5.2 Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
6.1 If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt at [ email@example.com ]. Include a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. We will then send you a replacement product or refund the full amount, including shipping costs.
