Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping costs

1.1 Within the Netherlands : For orders within the Netherlands, B&B Shipment uses a standard shipping rate of [amount, for example €4.95]. For orders above the [threshold amount, for example €50] no shipping costs will be charged.

1.2 International Shipping Costs : Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the destination country. These costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

2. Delivery times

2.1 Processing time : Orders placed on business days before [time, for example 3:00 p.m.] are usually processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.

2.2 Delivery time within the Netherlands : The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-3 working days after dispatch. This is an indication and may depend on the postal or parcel service.

2.3 International Delivery Time : For orders outside the Netherlands, delivery time varies per destination. On average, delivery takes 5-10 business days within the EU, and 10-15 business days outside the EU.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

3.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If available, this email will also contain a tracking number, which you can use to track the progress of your package.

4. Delayed Delivery

4.1 Although B&B Shipment makes every effort to meet the stated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or busy times at the carrier. In such cases, B&B Shipment will do its best to inform the User in a timely manner.

4.2 If an order has not been received within 14 days after the expected delivery date, we request the User to contact our customer service via [contact details].

5. Delivery Address and Responsibility

5.1 The User is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. B&B Shipment is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

5.2 If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to B&B Shipment due to an error in the address provided, shipping costs will be charged again for redelivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

6.1 If an order arrives damaged, we request that the User contact B&B Shipment customer service within 48 hours of receipt and attach a photo of the damaged product.

6.2 If a package is reported missing, B&B Shipment will start an investigation with the carrier. This may take some time. If it turns out that the package cannot be found, B&B Shipment will send a replacement product or refund the purchase price.

7. Cancelling or Changing Orders

7.1 Orders can only be cancelled or changed if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
